The VCMDWA (Vidarbha Computer & Media Dealers Welfare Association) , Nagpur is one of the top-rated IT Associations of the Country and is actively involved in social activities like donation of PCs to needy schools, organizing seminars for increasing public awareness of IT products, Technical & Management training to Members and their staff, donating generously to the underprivileged masses, and many more CSR activities.
Today, every organization needs skilled, trained, technical and administrative manpower. They are facing a great difficulty in engaging such personnel even after investing substantially. So to assist them in filling up their vacancies as per their requirement at no cost is one of our CSR objectives. In the planned series we are organizing a Jobs Fair for the benefit of all those concerned. As also Job Seekers are somehow not being able to avail most of the job opportunities and often find themselves jobless. VCMDWA shall act as a facilitator during JobFair2011 to be held in January 2011.
JobFair2011 shall :
- Enable employers of every magnitude an opportunity to reach to thousands of job seekers of this region and prove to be an equal-opportunity partner. It has been our experience that it is most difficult to get right man power. This activity would appreciably bring down un-employment level and become a model of social pro-activeness and Corporate Social Responsibility.
