- To eliminate unfair competition between computer and media dealers of the region.
- To resolve all disputes amongst the member dealers amicably by acting as a mediator.
- To promote innovative and useful products and services introduced by any member dealer, through the platform of VCMDWA.

- To ensure general welfare and prosperity of computer and media dealers of Vidharbha.
- To ensure desirable growth and prosperity of IT as a business.
- To educate users about the benefits of information technology.
- To create awareness and interest amongst the users about innovative products, services and practices in IT.
- To ensure fair price products and services to the consumer.
- To raise sufficient funds required for all activities of the Association.
- To donate for welfare and charity activities for the people of India in particular and humanity in general.
